Recently, I have been focusing on the softer and softer sides of product management.

The realisation came from the notion that no matter how good you are, your success at work in terms of promotions and salary increases will actually hinge on things that have nothing to do with your craft.

Here for instance, you can learn about body language that helps you appear more confident. If I know my audience, I know that you’re here not because you’re the cocky, arrogant PM. You’re probably very good at what you do, but the promotions don’t come.
